clerk off the Court's on-line auction web site
www.charlotte.realforeclose.com. Prior to bidding on Tax
Deeds or foreclosures you must first register at the web site.
Notice of Foreclosure Sale Changes
Recent changes to Florida Statues have enabled Clerks of Court to hold foreclosure sales online.
Clerk of the Circuit Court Barbara T. Scott has selected Realauction.Com LLC
to process foreclosure sales online. Please be advised that any Foreclosure
Judgement submitted to the court setting a sale after January 1, 2009 shall
contain the following language:
The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash,
except as set forth hereinafter, on ________________, 2009 at 11:00 am at
www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues.

Pursuant to Florida Supreme Court Amended
Administrative Order AOSC06-21 dated June 30, 2006, the Clerk of Court
is not permitted to electronically release any court record containing
the full birth date or address contained in that record.
Under Florida Law, e-mail addresses are
public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in
response to a public-records request, do not send electronic mail to
this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
On or after October 1, 2002, any
person preparing or filing a document for recording in the Official
Record may not include a social security number in such document
unless required by law.
Any person has the right to request
the Clerk/County Recorder to redact/remove his or her social
security number from an image or copy of an Official Record that has
been placed on such Clerk's/County Recorder's publicly available
internet website.
The request must be legibly
written, signed, and delivered in person or by mail, to the
Clerk/County Recorder. The request must specify the
identification page number that contains the social security number.
No fee is charged for this service.
