NOTICE TO USERS
In accordance with
Supreme Court Order No. AOSC03-49,I have modified online subscriber
access to the CASWeb system to no longer include access to photos, Driver's
License images and images of court documents.
This change complies with both the letter and
spirit of the Order. As a result, the Clerk's Office can continue to offer
subscriber services at the regular subscription rate and will resume accepting
new subscribers to CASWeb.
"My decision is based upon my desire to provide
as much information within the letter and spirit of the Order while the Florida
Association of Court Clerks works with the Supreme Court on a solution the will
enable us to provide images in the near future."
If the subscriber wishes to continue as a
subscriber at the current monthly rate, they may do so without having to take
further action.
If the subscriber desires to terminate it's
subscription effective December 31, 2003, please send a written request to the
Clerk requesting cancellation and any unused escrow money will be returned to
you.
