NOTICE TO USERS
Recently
, the Florida
Supreme Court issued an Administrative
Order No. AOSC03-49 that ordered court records, which are not official records, not to be disseminated in any
electronic form by any Florida Clerk of the Circuit Court except in certain
narrowly defined circumstances.
The order further
requires that all existing subscription access agreements, be terminated by January
1, 2004.
I am obviously
disappointed that this valuable service to you is being terminated by the
Supreme Court and I am hopeful that this will be a temporary measure until such
time as the Supreme Court can satisfy the confidentiality issues confronting
it.
