Over the years the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court has captured, stored, and retrieved records in a variety of formats.  The charts below represents the most efficient and economical way for a subscriber to obtain bulk volumes of historical data.

Please note that these records are available through our public access site. This free web access limits you to one record search at a time, and does not allow for data or image downloads.

Upon the receipt and approval of your Order Form and your initial payment for services, you will be given a secure login ID and password to enter the Charlotte County Official Records FTP site.

DATA ONLY (Download)

The subscriber shall make an initial payment of $50.00 for setup of Data Definition.   All other fees are determined by the items purchased. (see chart below).

PLEASE BE ADVISED that the subscriber will be given three weeks from time of registration set up to extract data volumes 1977-1991 and 1992 - 1999.  The subscriber is also responsible for ensuring that the storage device is sufficient for said data expansion. 

IMAGES ONLY (Download)

The subscriber shall make an initial payment of $200.00 for setup of Image Download.  All other fees are determined by the items purchased (see chart below).
