Official Records

The Clerk of the Circuit Court records and maintains the Official Records for Charlotte County in accordance with Florida Statues.  These include deeds, mortgages, judgments, military discharges, domiciles, and other authorized documents.  Once recorded, a document remains a permanent record. 

Public access to the Clerk's Official Records provides information at no cost. Images/Documents can not be printed or copied through Official Records Public Access.

Criminal, Traffic and Civil searches include a search by Uniform Case Number. This is a unique identifier which includes distinguishing the origin of the case, type of case and year of filing. You can also search by:

• Civil Calendar

The online access to Plats and Condos has many features, including searching by:
