Hardware Requirements

In order to take full advantage of the Downloading service, there is a minimum hardware requirement. 

• Pentium III (or higher) processor
• 64 Mb minimum system RAM
• SVGA monitor, capable of 1024 x 768 resolution
• Cable modem or T1 line (ISDN Line and 28.8K & 56.6K Modems not recommended)  

Software Requirements

Before you start to access your account, you must have the following software installed and operational on your PC.

• Microsoft Windows 98, 2000, or XP
• Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher installed on your PC to access imaging. We do not support Netscape Navigator or earlier versions of IE at this time.
• Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher. This allows you to view and print the Order Form.
