Access to Criminal Data Information to conduct background searches is now available. Charlotte County Criminal data includes Misdemeanor, Felony and Criminal Traffic cases beginning from January 1, 1990 to current.

The initial data will be available to download from our secure website once your order is processed. Then, the first of every month, new data, plus all of the previous data, will be available to download.

Please be advised that the Subscriber must decompress the compressed file, and that the Subscriber is responsible for ensuring that the storage device is sufficient for said data expansion.

Fees

The initial setup cost to the Subscriber is $250.00, plus the first month’s payment in advance, which is $50.00, for a total of $300.00. Thereafter, the Subscriber will be invoiced on a monthly basis in the amount of $50.00 for data updates.
