Review of
Qualifications
We will
carefully review your qualifications as well as those of all other
applicants applying for similar positions. If you are to receive further
consideration, we will contact you. If you are not contacted, your
application will be held in our active files for sixty (60) days.
Note:
It is our policy to verify the education and experience listed on the
application by any candidate being offered a position.
Interview
Due to the
number of applications received, we are only able to consider for personal
interviews those applicants whose qualifications most closely match the
requirements of the position.
If you are
selected for an interview, the Employee Relations Department will contact
you. During the interview, we will discuss your qualifications and
provide you with information about the position. In most instances,
successful completion of testing will precede a personal interview.
Selection
Decision
At each step in the process, a candidate’s qualifications are carefully reviewed for further consideration. Should you be considered for a position with the Clerk, you will be required to provide your social security number and date of birth for the purposes of conducting a criminal background check. Therefore, we caution you not to assume a hiring commitment unless you are notified by the Employee Relations Department of a firm offer and exact date and time to report to work.
Thank you for
your interest in the Clerks Office.
